    We make it easy for your customers to rate and review their experience with your business any time and from any device. Review is done via your personalized review page.

  • How do I let customers know of our whyilike survey page?

    Every business has their own way to communicate with customers.  After you sign-up, a member of our team will work with you and suggest ways and best practices for sharing your review page with customers.  For instance, you can promote your survey page on Facebook, on your website, via email or text message.

  • What happens after my customers write a review?

    Immediately upon completing a Whyilike review, you or a designated member of your company will be notified by email.   The customer will also receive a Thank You email (only if) they left you a 5-star review. The Thank You email invites them to share their Whyilike review on some of your third-party review sites such as Google, Facebook, Yelp and others. Unlike other review platforms out there, everything can be customized with Whyilike. You can edit the email template and third party review sites at any time.

  • How does Whyilike handle negative reviews?

    Bad reviews can happen to all good businesses.  If you receive a poor Whyilike review, you or a member of your team will get notified by email and can privately respond and communicate with the customer. This is a good opportunity for your business to remedy any issues before it escalates into a negative review on public websites.

    Yes, you can choose to embed all reviews on your website. Our embed code works perfectly on desktops and mobile devices.

  • Can I add multiple business locations under one account?

    Yes, you can. First, we create your primary Whyilike account and then you will have the option to add new businesses under your primary account.
