We are a 24 hour Houston Emergency Room and medical facility with two convenient locations serving the Emergency needs of Memorial City/West Houston as well and the Galleria areas. We have a "walk-in clinic" format and an appointment is never required.

I went to Sacred Heart Emergency Center for a clogged ear, and the service was prompt and efficient. The issue was quickly resolved, and I was able to get right back to work. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and attentive. I would definitely recommend this facility and wouldn’t hesitate to return if needed.

I went to Sacred Heart Minor ER for a serious fall were I was bleeding like crazy after a face plant on a concrete sidewalk. My head and face hit directly as did my rt hand and hip. They were wonderful and checked EVERYTHING! I was going to go to an empty house that night to dog sit. Not only did they x-ray my head, hand, hip and neck, they went the extra mile to make sure I didn’t have a brain bleed and did a scan! AND all x-rays & scans were given to me in case I needed them in the future! Amazing staff and service!

This is the only place I go for emergencies and I drive a long distance to get here but the staff is amazing, techs are awesome, nurses are rock stars, doctors are fantastic, they all truly care about the patients. Super clean, comfortable rooms. It’s worth the drive for exceptional care!

We had to take our 3 year old grandson in recently and the entire staff was top notch wonderful! Not only did we get the best care, but the most compassionate and gentle care as well. Also, there was NO wait time. I highly recommend this ER!

Had a little slip and bump that looked like it would need stitches. Our grandkids have been to Sacred Heart Emergency Room multiple times and the medical care has always been top notch. So we drove to Sacred Heart, quick, professional, CT scan, got several staples and headed home!

The doctor was so thorough and kind. He answered my questions, he explained the treatment, I actually felt seen and most importantly they treated my emergency!
The nurses and staff were definitely top notch as well! Kudos to the entire team, they were a blessing! Oh and the PA was so kind and thorough as well!

The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease while treating my injured hand. I was admitted and seen by the doctor very quickly, and the entire process was efficient and reassuring. If I ever need emergency care again, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
