We started looking for an orthodontist for our son and decided to get a second opinion on treatment plans through Hallgren orthodontics. My son and I felt instantly welcomed and enjoyed our experience here so much more than another place we went. After hearing about their plans we learned that the cost is less and that they use the latest braces and laser technology meaning less pain and no need for an additional surgery. We knew this was the right place for his treatment. He got his braces on today and the process was painless and exactly as expected and everyone at the office is so accommodating and friendly. They remember personal things about our family and truly made us feel at home here. I will definitely recommend them to others in the future.

Both of my sons have had braces at Dr Hallgren’s office. They are conscientious, caring, gentle and personable. Everything was explained in detail from the first appointment to the last. Scheduling is made very easy with flexible times. If we ever had concerns, we were able to get in right away to address them. The office is clean and comfortable. They offer fun games and prizes to keep the kiddos engaged in their orthodontic care. Plus, their social media posts are amazing and fun! I highly recommend Hallgren Orthodontics. The are the best!

We are so thankful for the patience, knowledge, and friendly people at Hallgren Orthodontics. We have a diabetic kiddo and they were able to help us out and answer all of our questions. To get started, I feel like was so easy and not stressful at all. Had our first rubber band issue and they got us right in that day and are willing to help us out in any way. Thank you Hallgren team!

I have had my four children receive orthodontist treatments at Hallgren Orthodontist. I couldn’t have been happier with the treatment, care, and outcomes! My children all have beautiful smiles. Dr. Hallgren and his entire team are extremely knowledgeable and supportive. We were treated with respect and so much kindness. We were never rushed and the team accommodated our full schedule for appointments. Our questions were welcomed and answered in great detail. This is a very well run and highly professional office!

Ellen goes above & beyond to make sure our (extremely shy) daughter feels comfortable. Dr. Hallgren thoroughly explains the process and doesn’t rush right into putting braces on. They both take as much time as needed to answer questions. This family-operated practice truly exhibits what it means to treat patients like family.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Hallgren and his staff when I had my consultation and when I had my braces put on. I have a lot of anxiety around dentists and dental work and they were very considerate in asking questions and addressing my fears. The time they took with me put me at ease right from the start. Every person I came in contact with was kind, helpful and supportive. They were thorough in explaining everything and made sure I understood the treatment plan and felt comfortable. Having braces at 61 was never on my radar but Dr. Hallgren and his staff were amazing!!! They were so kind and reassuring and made the process go so smoothly! Everyone was wonderful!

We have had an incredible experience with Dr. Hallgren's office. Before choosing an orthodontist, we had consultations at 4 different offices because we knew our daughter's orthodontia was going to be a little complicated and we wanted her to have the best experience possible. Right from the beginning, the Hallgren office was peaceful and calming. The staff treated us so gently and my daughter felt respected even though she's "just a kid." That was something she really appreciated.
When we received our treatment estimate, we were told to expect two years of treatment, but we kept all of our appointments every six weeks and my daughter used her bands diligently and she just graduated 3 months early! The results have been incredible, as you can see in the photos.
Our older son and our adult daughter are now both happy patients at Hallgren and even though we live all the way in Augusta, I won't take my other kids anywhere else. Thank you, Dr. Hallgren!
