I had a good first visit with Dr. Balette and his staff. As I was a bit apprehensive about undergoing gallbladder surgery, he answered all of my queries and then some and assured me that this minor procedure was done fairly frequently and done as an outgoing patient - just what I needed to hear! His assistant, Regina, was super nice and very helpful in coordinating the surgery date.

From his office staff to his partners at Houston Methodist The Woodlands. The preop staff, Dr.Simmons anesthesiologist, to floor nursing staff. My treatment was exceptional.
