Good day, I am very glad that I received this review card. Lidia has seen me and my wife on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, due to my active duty service putting so much strain on me I have had a lot of problems and issues.
To me there is a difference in having a patient and taking care of them, having a patient and being nice to them, and finally, there is Lidia who has a patient is kind to them and truly cares about what is wrong with them. Each time I’ve been in with her, I feel like it’s a pleasure, because she asks how I’m doing, and gives great customer service are you going beyond just how I’m doing physically, but just how are things going in general. It seems small, but it does make a big difference, and makes my day better I having such a good person in the world. You can tell that she enjoys life, and that is not just about one patient, but I would believe she treats all patients that way. She is also very professional, and explains everything sure that I understand how to take care of myself after treatment. She is obviously knowledgeable, but also knows what to leave to the doctor, and I appreciate that because there are a lot of people they are not doctors the try and help diagnose that I have been to in the past. She is not one of them, and I hope that I continue seeing her in the future. As I previously mentioned I have seen her on multiple occasions, and every time she has a bright outlook on everything. She is the definition have a great medical assistant.
I would like to send my things for me and my family for her care, consideration, and overall spreading of joy. I can tell that anybody that meets her would have a better day.

Very respectfully, Jason Cleveland

This compliment is for the ladies at the front desk. They’re always delightful and cheerful and help me get any issue. I need resolved. In fact, everybody in the practice is wonderful and I’m glad I moved my healthcare over to Lewis family practice.

Dr. Lewis is a straight shooter and doesn’t rush through your appointment. He seems as if he generally wants the best for his patients.

Why do you like Lewis Family Medicine? I don't. The front desk staff is by far the rudest I have encountered in a long time. The brunette acted as if people checking in were bothering her. The "blonde" was very condescending and just ugly. We left. I don't want my child seen by a provider who tolerates that behavior from staff. People are seeking medical care because they do not feel well and to have endure that kind of behavior is ridiculous. There are too many doctors competing for business to put up with that nonsense.

I want to provide feedback about the front desk which made me had a horrible experience at the Urgent care, they need some training and need to be more empathetic. Long story short I went there one day see a Doctor and get some lab work, 3 days later I went back to get the test results and I was forced to pay again to get the results from the doctor.
It all started on Sat 04/28, I went to see a doctor due to an UTI, everything was fine and no complaint that day. I got some antibiotics prescribed and a sample was sent to labs for culture and I was told I'd get a follow up call once they got the results from lab.
The following days I kept feeling unwell so I sent an message through the patient portal to the Doctor on Monday morning, I didn't get any response so I went there in person to ask for test results and I was told that the doctor that got the message only worked on the weekend but the doctor onsite would give me a call to follow up on that day.
I didn't get any call on Monday, so I sent a message to the Doctor onsite through the portal on Tuesday morning. I got a response until Wednesday morning saying that I need to come in to be seen or follow up with my PCP.
So I went to the office again on Wednesday, the staff at the front desk recognized me and told me they were really busy and they cannot give me the test results to follow up with my PCP, they told me I had to wait until the doctor onsite give me a call to go over the result and then they can release and share the result with me. That call could be within 11am to 8pm timeframe, so I said I'd prefer to wait and see the doctor because I had been feeling really bad so I cannot wait, they response was that the only way they can guarantee I'd be seen within 1-1.5hr is if I pay for the visit. So I was forced to pay for the visit to secure a spot in order to get the test result from the doctor, basically paying twice for the same service. After seeing the doctor, She told she had asked the front desk to issue a refund for that visit, which I need to wait to get reflected on my credit card.

This is the worst experience I've ever had as a patient and as a person in general. Changed appointments, cancelled appointments, changed providers so many times that no one knows me as a patient or a person, changed locations without true notice, pay for one appointment to get bloodwork and pay for another appointment to be read the results , my much needed medication is held hostage until I pay as much as possible. I see one provider just to be told “ I’m not sure about this, you’ll need to make an appointment with the other provider “ when I do,, YOU CHANGE MY PROVIDER AGAIN, without any rhyme or reason! This apart from the horrible experience I’ve had with Ana, Jessica, and the office manager. Nice as can be but it’s like talking to a robot.
No one takes the time to hear what I’m saying. I’ve called countless times and have waited and waited for a response with none. I’ve been told I would receive a call, nothing. My wife has discussed the issues with Joanna but still, nothing. I’ve had at least 4 patient cases opened and no resolution, not even a call to inform what’s happening. I’m told one thing and another person calls to tell me exactly the opposite! This has been going on since you abruptly closed the Manor location.
My appointments and providers can be changed at anytime for whatever reason and there’s no accountability but if I miss an appointment, I’m charged 40 dollars. What if I charged you for every time you have changed my provider or not called me back as you said you would?
I am at a loss. I need my prescriptions but I was just told “if you woulda come in for another appointment, you would’ve gotten your prescriptions” I mean honestly, how much do I have to pay before someone at this office hears me?

I wanted to recommend some training on how to talk to pediatric patients. I was disheartened and also a bit angry that the doctor told my 6 year old (who was there for stitches) that he should calm down because she had other patients to see.
We were the patients right there and then, he was frightened and I could tell she was frustrated.
The other consideration could be to have 2 doctors on staff so that the doctors can give the attention due to each patient in front of them.
