Good day, I am very glad that I received this review card. Lidia has seen me and my wife on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, due to my active duty service putting so much strain on me I have had a lot of problems and issues.
To me there is a difference in having a patient and taking care of them, having a patient and being nice to them, and finally, there is Lidia who has a patient is kind to them and truly cares about what is wrong with them. Each time I’ve been in with her, I feel like it’s a pleasure, because she asks how I’m doing, and gives great customer service are you going beyond just how I’m doing physically, but just how are things going in general. It seems small, but it does make a big difference, and makes my day better I having such a good person in the world. You can tell that she enjoys life, and that is not just about one patient, but I would believe she treats all patients that way. She is also very professional, and explains everything sure that I understand how to take care of myself after treatment. She is obviously knowledgeable, but also knows what to leave to the doctor, and I appreciate that because there are a lot of people they are not doctors the try and help diagnose that I have been to in the past. She is not one of them, and I hope that I continue seeing her in the future. As I previously mentioned I have seen her on multiple occasions, and every time she has a bright outlook on everything. She is the definition have a great medical assistant.
I would like to send my things for me and my family for her care, consideration, and overall spreading of joy. I can tell that anybody that meets her would have a better day.

I had the opportunity to visit the Lewis Urgent Care facility twice in the last two weeks. I was quite impressed with the short wait to get in, the care from Leanne who checked me in and did vitals, and the short wait for everything else. So much better than going to an ER!

Unable to get in for last minute appointment to check for possible strep, I was told to go to urgent care by Jacob, who was courteous and professional. At urgent care, I was promptly checked in and triaged by LeAnn, who was also professional and thorough. I was surprised but pleased to see Dr. Lewis who seems to always be in high demand. LeAnn returned for swabbing and such, and Dr. Lewis came shortly thereafter with results. All good!

I’ve been with Dr Lewis since he first started here in Dripping Springs. He has been with me and helped me through my journey of autoimmune diseases that get pretty complex. I have had Dr Lewis personally call me to check on me after hospital stays. His level of care hasn’t gone down in per portion to the growth in his business as often happens. If anything I have seen his level of care brought to fruition as his practice grew. To me he set out with a vision for a thorough and comprehensive practice that would have to grow as he was able to expand. He has added his urgent care, then allergy services, and others I can’t remember right now. Bottom line, whether you see Dr Lewis or one of his associates you can’t go wrong. I have never encountered a provider there that I wouldn’t go back to. He only hires people that meet his high standards of care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I have multiple other doctors in other towns, but Dr Lewis is stuck with me as a primary care doctor until he retires!
