Good day, I am very glad that I received this review card. Lidia has seen me and my wife on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, due to my active duty service putting so much strain on me I have had a lot of problems and issues.
To me there is a difference in having a patient and taking care of them, having a patient and being nice to them, and finally, there is Lidia who has a patient is kind to them and truly cares about what is wrong with them. Each time I’ve been in with her, I feel like it’s a pleasure, because she asks how I’m doing, and gives great customer service are you going beyond just how I’m doing physically, but just how are things going in general. It seems small, but it does make a big difference, and makes my day better I having such a good person in the world. You can tell that she enjoys life, and that is not just about one patient, but I would believe she treats all patients that way. She is also very professional, and explains everything sure that I understand how to take care of myself after treatment. She is obviously knowledgeable, but also knows what to leave to the doctor, and I appreciate that because there are a lot of people they are not doctors the try and help diagnose that I have been to in the past. She is not one of them, and I hope that I continue seeing her in the future. As I previously mentioned I have seen her on multiple occasions, and every time she has a bright outlook on everything. She is the definition have a great medical assistant.
I would like to send my things for me and my family for her care, consideration, and overall spreading of joy. I can tell that anybody that meets her would have a better day.

My brother has had two scripts written incorrectly with the incorrect amount, when he tried to request the generic prescription refill, he was told they will make it happen. He had trouble getting his prescription and when he called the office to confirm it was there, the lady Amanda said “it should be there” then hung up. He’s been trying for a week or more now to get the prescription he asked for. They called him back saying the pharmacy has the prescription. When he called the pharmacy they said it wasn’t available because it was written incorrectly. We are so frustrated with the whole situation. We will be filing a complaint to the medical board.

Do not come here unless you want your medical information aired out into the entire waiting room full of people by the receptionist, Jessica. She’s absolutely awful and puts herself in a position talking to you as if she is the doctor which she is not, she is just a receptionist. She will hang up on you when you call as well. Office needs a reality check & for the front desk staff to be reevaluated. I’ve never felt so violated just by checking in for an appointment as I have been at Lewis family medicine. To be treated like you’ve committed a crime and are being questioned just by checking in is absolutely not okay. It’s also impossible to get any kind of call back or message back in the portal. Do not waste your time here, the office is not anywhere near the same now as it was 10 years ago. Would’ve recommended it then, but now just getting through the front desk isn’t worth the time.

To all the wonderful ladies who run the office and more. I have had nothing but a positive experience with each, excellent communication skillsets, problems solvers, accommodating, educated in there fields and overall excellent people and all show compassion. They are an outstanding Team, Amelie, Alyssa, Jessica, Aimee and Amanda!

If you believe that humans are humans regardless of their sexual orientation, don't go here. The music they were playing was anti-LGBT. The people in the lobby loudly saying terrible things about trans people making others uncomfortable and noone did anything to stop it. We will not be back.

Why do you like Lewis Family Medicine? I don't. The front desk staff is by far the rudest I have encountered in a long time. The brunette acted as if people checking in were bothering her. The "blonde" was very condescending and just ugly. We left. I don't want my child seen by a provider who tolerates that behavior from staff. People are seeking medical care because they do not feel well and to have endure that kind of behavior is ridiculous. There are too many doctors competing for business to put up with that nonsense.
