I brought my two daughters in for a consultation with Dr. Gavri and his wonderful staff today, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a personalized welcome sign with my daughters' names, which was such a nice touch. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, offered us drinks, and clearly explained the day’s process.
Once we went to the back, the assistants were warm and welcoming, and there were games for the kids to play while they waited. Dr. Gavri and his wife made the entire experience so smooth. They took the time to explain everything in detail, especially the financial aspects, and were both so sweet and patient with my girls. I’ve never had an orthodontic experience quite like this one.
My youngest, who had a traumatic experience at a previous orthodontist’s office, was given extra care and attention to make sure she felt comfortable. She left the office feeling great and actually loved the visit!
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Gavri and his team. They truly go above and beyond to make both parents and kids feel at ease. A fantastic experience all around!
