After Alex joined his coaching program, I witnessed a transformation over four weeks. My son is much more motivated. I no longer have to fight with him about homework, and practice and video games. We are so grateful for Dr. RJ. After witnessing the transformation with Alex, I believe that every teenager could benefit from a life coach.

Dr. RJ is amazing. I didn't realize how much of what I say gets interpreted completely differently from what I am intending, in regard to my son. In the program, you learn how to change the way they hear you, and it makes all the difference.
His Dad and I started the program before he did, as by design, and by changing a few things, we started transforming our relationship with him. He had become very quiet, not sharing much with us, and everyone kept telling us that's just what teens do.
It doesn't have to be that way. You can get your child back, and you don't have to have ugly teen years with them by doing the work with Dr RJ Jackson.
You will learn why teens seem resentful instead of grateful and why they don't want to be around you. Our son now comes home from school and shares funny stories, and even though some of them worry me, I don't react the way I used to, which has made all the difference, and now we have the starting point with him to actually help him reach his full potential.
We were feeling so hopeless in regards to how to help our son, and now we are empowered. I am so grateful we found this program.

Just wanted to say thank you to Dr. RJ and his team for helping our entire family build a stronger relationship! It took us awhile to finish, and we appreciate your patience with us, but the time allowed us to practice the coaching strategies. Our biggest keeper is the family meetings that we hold every other month. We all look forward to them as we keep them fun, eat great food, play games, discuss wins, offer affirmations, and plan a family adventure before the next meeting. I also gained insight about the importance of connection and significance for teens which has helped me to understand the gravitational pull towards friendships. My husband and I are asking more questions and trying are hardest not to be a part of their story! Thank you again for a thoughtful program and tools to move forward as a family.

Dr. RJ and Melissa have been a God send. We are about halfway through the program and we have already had huge progress. Our approach to parenting has improved. We are better parents and we have seen changes in our daughter already. We are all happier because of it. Our daughter has been smiling so much more and more of her normal happy self. We have been focusing more on our kids and how we interact and communicate with them. Dr. RJ is always dropping nuggets of wisdom in his weekly video coaching and with our online coaching course. I cannot say enough good things about this program! I wish we had found this sooner!

This program is really life-changing for the whole family. Dr. RJ and his team are very skilled in every aspect of family dynamics and teen behavior.
Dr. RJ is an excellent coach for both parents and teens, and anyone else who wants to succeed further in their own lives. The program is multi-faceted, with podcasts, videos, zoom calls, wellness workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, text messages and workbooks.
It is pricey, as others have mentioned, but you can stay in the program as long (or as short) as you want to. Until you find what you need for your situation. It's worth it considering therapy, medications, and after-school activities all add up over the years yet none achieve the kind of quick *life-long results you will get from Dr. RJ. Plus he is fun, funny and the sessions are short and painless.
This was way out of our budget range, but we will do anything for our kids to be thriving. One day, they will be a success and maybe even pay us back! 🤣

My son and I started Dr. RJ's Team Life Coach program today; it was one of the best decisions I made. My son was not looking forward to the first Zoom class, but once it was over, he shared that it was really "cool." Seeing how Dr. RJ connects with the kids and teens is truly amazing. Where do I start? I trained and recieved my coaching certification from life scholars academy and have to say it was the best decision. I was inspired by Dr RJ’s success as a teen coach and witnessed such a remarkable transformation in my own child and quickly that I decided to pursue a career as a coach myself. So after many years as a tv producer, I am now a certified teen life coach working as a coach for Dr. RJ. The experience and hands on 1:1 coaching I recieved during training was incredible. The modules are effective and easy to digest and the hands on experience and support is top notch. If you are considering a career in coaching- parents or teens or both- this is no doubt the best training there is. The program is intense and rigorous but once you are certified- you have the confidence to get out there and make it happen! Thanks RJ!

More than likely when you decide to join something like this, you may be having some issues with your kiddos…. I’m brand new to this and took the advice from the 1st parenting coaching class I had today with RJ and the success in opening up my child was AMAZING!! Just as our kids need to work on themselves, so do us parents - we hold the key… the advice and encouragement from RJ today was priceless. I look forward to each session and to see where we are 3+ months from now ❤️❤️❤️

I really enjoyed our first coaching group call with RJ! I implemented something we learned from the call on my 12 year old tonight in an unexpected situation and it worked perfectly! It was great! Had I not just taken the call I would not have responded in the way that I did. All went just as he said it would!!!

Dr RJs Group Parenting Seminar is outstanding. I have only been involved a few weeks and I am doing the workbook for parents that has begun to shape my parenting differently in a more positive direction. Not “gentle parenting” but success-focused approach of parenting to help rebuild my relationship with him so that together with our Life Coach we can get him reaching his full potential. I am really excited and extremely hopeful with this program!

The ideas presented are helpful, but the amount of time dedicated to individual children is lacking. After eight weeks I saw no changes in my child, and had limited contact from the staff. No one checked in to see if our goals had been met. This was a frustrating experience that I can not recommend.

This is a place where real issues are discussed. Dr. R.J seems to be in no hurry to end the sessions. You get the feeling that he is really into what he goes. The program is for real.
