He projects a pleasant personality. However, I am very disturbed by the accounting office with Kelsey. We were traveling most of November and thus it was hard to catch up with our work. That is typical of successful professionals who are committed to work but also need time for family. Yesterday, we caught up with accumulated mail in our mailbox and found out that a bill for a miserable $79.22 has been sent to collections. Both of us have FICA scores way above 800 indicating that we clearly pay all our bills. Your system seems to be dumb enought not to differentiate paying customers from those that cannot afford your services. In one word: We are FURIOUS!
