Ms. Tran replied to my vídeo visit request almost immediately. She heard my health complaint attentively and offered several possible options to follow. She helped me pick the best one which was first have the shoulder X-ray taken, before planning further actions, which I did. Ms. Tran was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable during the vídeo visit.

I was having trouble accessing the app so I could do the video visit with Dr. Tran. She could see me, but we couldn’t hear each other. She was kind enough to call me on my cell phone and we did the interview over the phone, and I sent her a photo of my ear lobe to the messaging area on the Kelsey Seybold app. She was wonderful, gave me great advice, and I got some medication. Hopefully it will clear up the infection on my earlobe, thank you Dr. Tran.

She is kind, respectful to patients, and very knowledgeable about all types of clinical problems. She is great at answering all of my questions and coordinating a plan of care with my input. She does excellent physical assessments. She helped me to reach my goal of controlling my blood sugar and losing weight.
