The entire staff at RJ Orthodontics has made our daughter's transfer from an out of state orthodontist easy and stress free. Dr. Jackson made sure to speak with our previous doctor before starting his treatment plan, explains the stages clearly to my daughter, and the front office staff has gone above and beyond welcoming us into the practice.

Everyone there is kind, professional and attentive. Appointments are always on time, very little, if any wait time. The back room staff and Dr.s are always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We LOVE RJ orthodontics.

I began treatment with RJ orthodontics as a transfer patient. Dr. RJ was one of the only board certified orthodontist who was willing to take me on within the Austin area. During my treatment he and the entire team were intentional with providing care as an adult patient with braces. Years later, I am grateful for their support throughout the process and ensuring that I had an excellent smile and seamless care. Highly recommend!

Best orthodontics clinic ever! The Dr explained the procedure and they planned everything out. They told me that my braces would be off in 2 years, and they were off on time. The staff members are so sweet, and are very organized. They send text messages to remind us about the appointments. They are professional as well. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to get braces:)

We love RJ Orthodontist! I like how they’re open to my thoughts and ideas. Everyone is very happy and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxed. My kids enjoy coming and they’ve been so patient with them. When we’ve had issues they were able to get us in the same day to get it fixed. My youngest can’t wait until it’s his turn.

My experience at RJ Orthodontics has been nothing short of excellent. From the consult, through having my braces, to getting them off, they have always been professional and kind. Even when there was a mishap with my insurance and billing, they remained patient and kind till it was resolved. It’s rare to have an entire staff be very friendly and professional. I highly recommend. They did such good work that my wife went to get braces too! Again, highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

The service was great! Went in to get a new retainer because my dog chewed up my old one.. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Friendly people and great service. I will be going back.
