First and most. No matter what Kelsey I attend all the staff are very friendly. I like my doctor. Also the appointment persons are very good at giving the dates you request. Waiting time has been good so far.

Convenient locations. Very knowledgeable nurses & doctors. Receptionists are friendly. Easy to schedule appointments. The pharmacy is tops. And the Kelsey app is easy to use. I love the appointment & medicine refill reminders. Please keep up the great customer service.

The locations are convenient. I have had several good Doctors. Do not like the length of time it takes to get an appointment. Do not like making appointments and then have them cancelled when I have waited several months to get one. This has happened to my husband five times.
