Dr. Lothian shows great care and takes time in explaining what you need to take care of yourself and is always up to date on new medicines that will help you get better.

He was very thorough. He suggested a follow-up visit and it was booked quickly. He answered all of my questions in a way that I could actually understand, instead of using a lot of technical language. He reviewed my past visits before doing anything. I strongly recommend him.

Very professional and personable at the same time. His questions on how I was doing covered a lot of possible issues and each was discussed to some degree of detail to give him an idea of my mental condition. At the end we were in agreement on an action plan moving forward

Professional and caring. She listens to the patient and ask pertinent questions in order to correctly diagnose the patient. I love that Kelsey has this option available to their members.
