Dr. Averyt is so personable and she remembers so many details regarding personal interests and is kind enough to ask about them. I appreciate that she requested very comprehensive xrays to evaluate my various complaints and is supporting a conservative approach to address my needs with physical therapy, stretches, and supportive shoes instead of medication. But she did address an apparent skin infection with a prescription. And, to be certain, she took a picture of the affected area and enlisted the opinion of a dermatologist whose experience delivered a diagnosis that recommended a different medication. Dr. Averyt was careful to make sure I had the best diagnosis and treatment. I'm grateful for her professional high standard.

The best doctor I have found in years. She listens and makes eye contact while typing away on the computer. She asked questions to clarify my concerns., offering practical advice. Doesn’t just offer prescription but other lifestyle changes that can make a difference. I am a twice cancer survivor, remaining healthy. I’m 73 and still working because I enjoy the job.

Very thorough and up to date on everything. Ordered two tests, one doctor did not order a test for me so she did. Because of radiation on my thyroid many years ago, she ordered a followup ultrasound on it.

Dr. Averyt listened completely, spoke to the point, answered all my questions, and showed a respect for my choices. Moreover, she extended additional advice above what I had been doing to improve my health. This included recommendations on how to weight lift without hurting my shoulders, what else to get for my plantar condition, to eat in moderation my delicious recipes that might too salty or too rich, but most of all, she gave me hope that I will run and weight lift again!
