She listened to this crabby old lady and was were professional. She was sympathetic and re-assuring about services going forward. She explained why Dr. Juneau was unavailable and that was a big part of why my original appointment that was made a year ago was in danger of being changed. She also sent messages about how the My Kelsey Online was mixed up with the time of my appointment.
