I was nervous and very nervous arriving to my appointment with Dr. Tan not knowing what to expect. Dr. Tan calmly explained everything to me and told me not to worry and follow the changes he made. He is Awesome!

This was my first visit with Dr Tan. He explained the difference between kidney disease and kidney failure. He also answered all of my questions and concerns with great clarity. I appreciate his teaching.

Dr. Tan was very thorough and addressed all of my concerns. Explained my current labs and discussed future treatment plan regarding CKD. I felt comfortable, heard and seen and left with important information to continue to maintain my stable kidney health.
