Why I like Escott Orthodontics - Lake County

I went to the practice Dr. Escott took over a couple decades ago as a child and came back for Invisalign. The warmth, family atmosphere, and patient centered care that was present in my childhood not only remained, but was perhaps even magnified.

Every person I interacted with over the course of my treatment was great. There were a few I wanted to mention here. Nana, the front desk person, always knew my name and was always helpful over phone calls. Sonia and Francisco were two techs who stood out by going above and beyond with their personableness, knowledge, and overall kindness.

Special shoutout to Stephanie. She’s the one person that I remember who has remained from the previous practice. She continuously went the extra mile every single time I had questions (which I had many of) or every time something needed to be done. It was really nice being able to see a familiar face during my time back, and I genuinely believe she is the heart and soul of Escott Orthodontics, embodying everything that makes this practice as great as it is.

There are many practices you can go to and feel like you’re just a number to them, but Escott Orthodontics is not one of those. If you want to be at a practice that has a family like atmosphere, look no further. You’re in great hands with Dr. Escott, Dr. Davis, and the rest of the team.

We’ve been with Escott for a while now and have had nothing but positive experiences. But today solidified why we love it. I called to reschedule an appointment for my son and get an appointment for my daughter. They remembered my son and remembered that he doesn’t do well without me with him so knew automatically that the appointments needed to be spread out enough.
The attention and care that is provided is excellent. Especially Leti and Cathy. Thank you both so much!
