Dr Field and his team get 5 ⭐️, but overall a 4 is my review simply for the uninviting atmosphere of the waiting room of the consult and follow-up office. The rickety glass partition with the office staff in control of said glass and lack of any ambience for a potentially life changing procedure just needs some work. But, I will say my actual surgery experience was the absolute best it could be under the circumstances. Who wants surgery, right? All of the nurses and attendants were super nice and responsive. I appreciated not feeling like I was annoying when I called for post surgery questions, although I'm sure the same questions get asked 100x a day. Dr Field is super composed, professional and a little edgy with his banded goatee. Ha! My husband appreciated how thorough and prompt Dr Field was post surgery. He's a busy guy, but I felt like I was his only patient during my time there. Dr Field is obviously a very respected surgeon with his medical colleagues and comes with high accolades from every doctor I've seen. I'm just me, but I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing the surgeries he performs.

Everything was professionally done. I was totally satisfied with the procedure. So far I'm very happy with the results. I had my 3 month Dr. visit today. We're both happy with the results.

Dr. Margaret has always been kind and patient. Especially when it came to explaining and making sure we understood my issue and treatment in both Technical and layman's terms.
Also thank you Dr. Howard for changing my and so many of my family and friends lives for the better. For some of us you've literally saved Our Lives. With Doctors like these all of my family and friends will always highly recommend SG of the woodlands. Our lives are brighter because if these Doctors and this practice.

I was very impressed with and appreciative of the level of communication received from SG of The Woodlands. Navigating thru the pre-surgical and post-surgical processes was made so much easier by the timely text, email and phone contact received by SGTW. The staff personnel and especially Dr. Brad Waggoner were fantastic. Most definitely pleased to have been referred to this surgical group in The Woodlands.

I am so grateful to God and to Dr J Maggart for saving my life! I had an unbiblical rupture hernia in 1992. It started giving me problems about three yrs ago. I would go to specialist, emergency rooms with severe pain, the hernia was growing larger. Excuses were my age, too much scar tissue, that I was a high risk this were just excuses. The day before surgery the hernia was swelling up fast my waist was burning with horrific unbearable pain! Dr Maggart order tests and I couldn’t believe this problem was going to end. I started feeling peace and not afraid. Dr Maggart did an excellent surgery!!!
This was a God send moment! My family and I continue praying for total healing ❤️🩹
Thank you Surgical Group of the Woodlands. You put heart first in making this 77yrs old Grandma.
