I greatly appreciate Dr. Ahmed's professional telehealth skills. Her patient care and diagnosis made me comfortable and confident in using an alternative way to see a doctor. My preferred pharmacy did not have recommended prescription medications. Also, there is a shortage of medication. Dr. Ahmed quickly let me know she and her staff would work to locate medication. Within 30 minutes of call, I was notified medications would be ready the next day for pickup at Kelsey pharmacy. I appreciate the dedication and promptness shown by Dr. Ahmed and nurse staff.
