Dr Steen was direct and honest in her assessment of the wound she examined. My primary doctor forwarded a photo of it along with a request for immediate examination. Dr Steen had made a preliminary consult with the Dermatologist before I got to her 9ff8ce. Dedication!!

She clearly knew her business. Her comments were clear concise and easy to follow. Even when I didn’t like them she explained her diagnosis and the reasons for it. I understood all she told me.
