Dr. Baptiste went over my film, past treatments, prescriptions and options. He educated me on importance of neck strengthening and provided resources. It was an excellent experience with a first class practitioner.

He’s very professional and also very personable.
He talked to me about everything he was going to do, before he did it.
That certainly helped me feel like I knew what to expect. He completed the exam and explained to me what he would do with my results and what I should expect next.

Dr. Ronald Baptiste was thorough in his testing of my hands and nerves. He talked me through the procedure and is very knowledgeable in his craft. I also had a lot of help from Dr. Andrew Zhang who referred me to Dr. Baptiste and to orthopedics. I have been having tremendous pain and numbing in my hands. Am getting some relief now.

Nice guys my reason to see him my pain in upper spine and shoulders.
