Dr. Mubeen is a warm, kind, friendly and knowledgeable doctor. She treats me as a partner in my healthcare and I appreciate that. She cares about me and I can actually feel that. She’s awesome.

She knows her specialty very well. She really does care about her patients and has encouraged me as well. She has helped me control my type 2 Diabetes for the fist time in 8 -10 years. I’m really grateful for that.

Dr. Faiza, was good. We did get into a lot of detailed information. The one star isn’t a knock on her, but on the employee in the front desk with the bedazzled glasses. After telling her about a dispute with billing, and telling her my plan to pay for the blood work. She denied me access to recieve labs, literally been to 4 clinics from Kelsey and no one has ever made a big issue. She was so focused on the money factor. I could’ve got my labs done yesterday. Almost felt like I owed her the money personally. Unsure she frowned upon payment plans if I can do it though the app. Honestly debating going back to that location due to that interaction.
