My wife had a bad experience with another would care facility and switched to Wound Evolution. It's been a very positive change. My wife's wound is improving weekly. The staff has been terrific. Kristen, the PA, is very knowledgeable and caring. Jessica, the nurse, is also very knowledgeable, caring and personable. Melanie, the office manager, does an amazing job scheduling and communicating with the insurance companies, not an easy task. I'm so glad my wife made the change. Thank you to the amazing staff!

Let me start out by saying, if you are in need of wound care, come here 10000000%.

My personal experience: I was originally referred by my ortho to a different doctor that when I called, was scheduling out for the first week of June (almost 2 weeks from when I called them), which if you know wound care, you know you can't wait 2 weeks. I googled wound care near me and came across Wound Evolution, with not much hope. I called the front desk and I knew from the second I talked to Claudia that I was in good hands. "We can see you tomorrow at 9:45am" NEXT DAY AVAILABILITY (music to my ears).

Then came my appointment today; you walk into the office and the waiting room is clean and inviting. Again Claudia was so welcoming when I checked in/filled out paperwork. Once I was called back, every single person on my care team that I interacted with made me feel like I wasn't just another patient, but they truly specialized my care, answered any questions I had, didn't gaslight any of my concerns, went over all my discharge paperwork, got in contact with my surgeon, and even offered to introduce me to the Xavier (the hyperbaric technician) so that he could show me what to expect once I begin that treatment, and ease any of my concerns. I am terrible with names most of the time, so I am forgetting the name of the two main people (who were my absolute favorite) that were in my room providing the treatment/aftercare instructions, but I loved them!!!!

I just got off the phone with my mom and a direct quote to her was "I literally have never had this level of care in my 30+ years of life; and that is saying something considering all the medical issues I have gone through. I am no longer worried about if my wound will ever heal because I know I am in great hands."

I am so happy with my first visit and feel so thankful to have found Wound Evolution.

When I first started my journey with Dr. Mevissen and her staff, it was one of uncertainty. How could they help and support me during my recovery journey. Every step of the way they were supportive and encouraging. They refuse to let pts quit on themselves and the process. Six months later, I have the proof it works, from hyperbarics to wound care. They have got me back on my feet and moving in a positive direction. This is a great clinic with a great atmosphere for healing. Finding a medical team that listens when you have a complex issue is tough, but Wound Evolution has been a life saver. I’ve been seeing Dr. Cherian / PA Le and staff for a couple of months now, and their approach to patient care is outstanding. They look at the whole picture, collaborate with you on your care, and the nurses are incredibly responsive. Shelton and Angel run hyperbaric department with the precision of a Swiss timepiece. Five stars all around.
