She was pleasant and very friendly. She is not a Doctor, but was very nice. However, this is the first time my ears have been cleaned, when ALL the was was not removed. I can't be sure I can get it al out. That is why I need some one to check it.

Dr. Cartwright was very through and kind. The only issue I had was the check in process. I checked in on my phone then at the reception desk and I was there 15 minutes early. 30 minutes later the nurse called me see if I was coming to the appt. and told her I had been in the waiting area for 30 minutes.
