Great Staff,
This company installed all my cabinets and island for two homes I just finished building. My overall satisfaction rating is 4, But these three individuals have my 5* endorsement:
Ms. Jay Sadasivan should have been be the president, COO, or CEO of this company! She has such outstanding attitude and aptitude! the most helpful and outstanding customer care individual. Jay is an experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and intelligent individual!! She has always been available, very responsive and understanding. My working relationship with her during the past 1 1/2 year has been exceptional and very satisfactory, which i have not experience in a looooong time!. Thank you Jay.
The best next staff is Mr. Sterling. He is the field staff for installation and maintenance/repairs! superb experience and outstanding attitude. Thank you sterling.
And Cindy who is great lead in the maintenance group, always available and truly wants to help and provide best service.

I recently purchased a GE Monogram French Door double wall oven to replace my previous oven which meant I had to make sure the GE oven would fit in the existing cabinet. Everyone at Parrish & Co was proactive and exceptional in helping make sure that we had the precise measurements for and made the adjustments to the cabinet so that when the oven arrived it was a quick and successful installation. This included Jerry Salazar, Parrish Sales Rep, having two Facetime calls with us to make sure we were reading the GE specification correctly (not as straightforward as you might think) and checking to make sure the installation team could use the hardwire setup that existed from the previous oven. In summary, Parrish & Co delivered superb customer service which seems to be so rarely attempted or accomplished.
