Dr. Shahnawaz Khan earned his undergraduate degree in 2009 at The University of Texas in Austin, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biology. He completed his medical degree in 2014 at Ross University School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Dominica, West Indies. He completed his residency in Family Medicine in 2017 at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold in 2019, Dr. Khan cared for patients at Coastal Health and Wellness.

Dr Kahn is very caring and empathetic to all my needs. He takes the time to explain things in easy to understand terms. Every visit is so easy and I always come away with a peace of mind knowing that he has my care as a primary issue.

In our video visit, Dr. Khan listed attentively to my issues and promptly explained what he believed I was suffering from. He then efficiently ordered medication to help. It was available at my pharmacy in less than an hour!
