He always gives his full attention and is patient and never rushes. Gives thoughtful suggestions. We thoroughly discuss each medication together. We develop a medication plan on each visit. Have been very successful in eliminating and reducing my medications. Always says to call him for any concerns.

Dr. Petal is always available when I need him. Always finds me an appointment when my life gets tough. He also has a caring team. They take my concerns seriously. I am at my best right now because he is unrelenting when it comes to getting me comfortable in my skin. I have been battling this illness all my like and I was diagnosed almost 20 years ago. I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for almost three years
He has researched my records and has found me a solution for the moment. I hope this light continues but if a change needs to be made I have faith iDr. Petal will be able to help me. Thank you Dr. Petal.

Have had only video visits with Dr Patel but hid persona allows me feel as though I am sitting in his office talking face to face.
He probes for additional info and reflects to ensure he understands what I said. Still, it is more conversation than inquisition.
He evaluates my treatment plan and invites my feedback on what is or is not working.
