Dr. Gaines was very understanding and easy to talk to. I’ve always had anxiety when visiting any medical office but Dr.Gaines and staff made it a very comfortable and safe experience for me. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

He is very pleasant & seems concerned about my problems but like I told him there is not much he can do for me at my age. Having further treatment for my spine is not possible as had back operation in 2015

It was our first meeting. I was seeing him because I got injured in the K/S Lab area, and Risk Management wanted as assessment. Dr. Gaines listened to me, took time to ask questions, and examined my damaged back. He ordered X-rays of my back, where I was injured. He was kind and helpful. I would certainly see him again.
