Dr. Jeffrey Smith earned his medical degree in 2015 at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler in 2016 and 2018, respectively. From 2016 to 2018, Dr. Smith was an Emergency Medicine physician at Texas Spine and Joint. From 2018 to 2019, he worked as a Family Medicine physician at Deer Park Family Clinic. He joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Family Medicine department in July 2019.

Dr. Smith feels more like a friend which makes it easy to discuss medical issues. He is a great doctor who is knowledgeable and believes in action both post and pre-evaluation.

I like Dr. Smith because he actually listen and take me seriously. I never feel rushed, explain things in a way that actually makes sense instead of using a lot of medical jargon. That combination of competence and care builds trust, and that matters a lot when it comes to my health.

This was my first visit, and I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. The appointment moved efficiently, yet the doctor still took the time to genuinely listen to all of my questions and concerns. Excellent care from start to finish — A+++ experience.
