Dr. Jeffrey Smith earned his medical degree in 2015 at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler in 2016 and 2018, respectively. From 2016 to 2018, Dr. Smith was an Emergency Medicine physician at Texas Spine and Joint. From 2018 to 2019, he worked as a Family Medicine physician at Deer Park Family Clinic. He joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Family Medicine department in July 2019.

Great Team, Great Attitude. Dr. Smith listens and takes the time to answer my questions. I didn’t feel like a number. As a man, having a Good Doctor helps to break the stigma of most men not wanting to go to the doctor. I will be 50 years old this year, I have to keep going to the doctor, because, I want to live a long life with my 51 year Wife, and see my future grandchildren,Thank You. 😎

Dr. Smith listened to my concerns, did testing that I thought was appropriate, and came up with multiple plans depending on how the test results came out. He quickly acted upon the test results and got me started on my treatment as quickly as possible. I appreciate Dr. Smith's caring demeanor and responsiveness.
