Dr. Jeffrey Smith earned his medical degree in 2015 at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler in 2016 and 2018, respectively. From 2016 to 2018, Dr. Smith was an Emergency Medicine physician at Texas Spine and Joint. From 2018 to 2019, he worked as a Family Medicine physician at Deer Park Family Clinic. He joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Family Medicine department in July 2019.

This was my first visit, and I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. The appointment moved efficiently, yet the doctor still took the time to genuinely listen to all of my questions and concerns. Excellent care from start to finish — A+++ experience.

1. He is very knowledgeable and developed a game plan for me in order to optimize my health.
2. Great bed side manners. He is a great listener and is caring.
3. His assistant nurse Yvonne is very nice. I felt uneasy on my first visit but she is so chill I just relaxed and actually enjoyed talking with her.
