Dr. Emma Carroll earned her undergraduate degree in 2010 at The University of Texas at Austin where she received a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with a concentration in the social aspects of health and disease. She then completed her medical degree in 2015 at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Between 2008 and 2015, she participated in various medical and volunteer programs in Honduras, Ghana, Nicaragua, and Houston. She completed the Houston Methodist Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program in 2019 and served as the chief resident in her final year. Dr. Carroll joined Kelsey-Seybold in 2019 after completing her residency. She is certified in da Vinci® robotic surgery.

Dr. Carroll listens which is a must on patient doctor relationship, doesn't rush like other doctors and is very professional. I highly recommend her!

I have SO MUCH anxiety about doctors. This was an unexpected pregnancy and while we are so excited and this has always been a dream of mine, there are a lot of fears wrapped into it. Dr. Carroll made me feel so comfortable, was extremely kind and compassionate and explained every single thing she was doing. She printed out so many ultrasound pictures for us and told us bag everything meant. I came into the appt. shaking and teary and fearful and left smiling- I don't think that has EVER happened to me at a doctors appt- I usually leave with the same anxiety. She gave her medical recommendations, but leaves the decision making portion up to us. I feel less anxiety knowing Dr Carroll is on my team during this pregnancy.

Dr. Carroll went above and beyond for my first visit! She listened to very concern I had and made me feel heard! FINALLY a Dr who truly hears you out! She took her time and was very thorough. Highly recommend.

She is a very professional and caring Doctor. She treat me with compassion and shows concern about my health problems . Always answer all my questions and makes me feel a lot better, that means a lot to me . When I walk out of her office I know that I am in great hands. I trust and respect her opinion, advice, treatment and specially her medical knowledge. She is great

Dr. Carroll is a wonderful Physician. She treats her patients as if they were her family. She truly cares about her patients and listens to them. She is thorough and detailed. She is the best OB/Gyn Physician that I have ever had.
