Dr. Farooq Cheema earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2005 at King Edward Medical University, Nila Gumbad, Lahore-Pakistan. He completed his Internal Medicine residency in 2011 at Michigan State University. He completed his Pulmonary Critical Care fellowship in 2014 at the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, Mich.

.1. He was patient 2. He was thorough 3. He was knowledgeable 4. He was kind 5. He cared and still cares despite not knowing me one bit 6. He went out of his way to help and accommodate me despite my not having an appointment 7. He was very reassuring about the doctor who was going to be doing my procedure 8. He knew what to say to make me feel safe and to comfort me 9. He paid attention to what I was saying, even as a much older woman 10. He was constantly aware of my comfort and need to feel somewhat in control and helped me feel that way, while doing the right thing by me. Brilliant, kind, caring and respectful. Exceptionally caring doctor. So utterly grateful to him for his incredible care. Thank you so very much Dr. Cheema. You are so greatly appreciated by my family and me 🙏🙏♦️♦️

He looks you in the eye when he's talking to you. I think he is very knowledgeable in what he wants you to follow his schedule he assignsw. Me personally I like him a lot.

He is an excellent doctor and very accommodating to my needs. Dr. Cheema takes his time and is concerned with my health as well as the costs of my medication so that I can follow his instructions to help with my lung health. I always get a review in my portal within a day of seeing Dr. Cheema. His nurses are all excellent as well. The whole team makes me not dread the visit. Thank you.
