Kristen Garner graduated from Texas A&M University in 2011 where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science, graduating cum laude and with honors distinctions. She continued her education, completing her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2013 at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, where she was on the dean’s list. Kristen has since served as a family and occupational medicine PA at Deer Park Family Clinic, where she provided acute and chronic care to patients of all ages, including labs and imaging, from 2014 to 2018.

Very through and intelligent.
Somewhat routine like but it may have been a very busy day for her. She was training ppl as well.
I have a follow up later but I also have a future appt. I suggested doing both in one day but she insisted doing separate. I’m thinking it’s a visit charge thing.

Dr. Garner explains everything thoroughly and asks often if there are any questions or if there is anything I don’t understand. I feel she spends more time that most making sure you have no questions

Dr. Garner was really sweet and answered all my questions. She listened, as I expressed some emotional issues, with sincere empathy and compassion. And she wasn't afraid to give me a much needed hug. Such a great PA for Kelsey to have on staff.
