She is excellent however limited in helping low vision sight issues and had to do an outside referral which I complement her on since KS doesn't cover the advanced issues of sight issues Otherwise she is professional, friendly and speaks clearly and concise so a patient knows in layman's language to be able to understand

She is very professional. Due to glaucoma I needed a laser procedure. Dr. Ling explained everything and performed the procedure in a matter of minutes. It seems to have gone well.
