After earning his medical degree at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2013, Dr. Saikin completed an Internal Medicine residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in August 2016.

Dr. Philip Saikin has been my Primary Care Physician for several years now and he’s an Awesome doctor! He’s very compassionate, professional, caring, concerned and very knowledgeable. Dr Saikin is an excellent doctor and I’m glad he is my primary care dr. He is attentive too my health problems and provides me with a treatment plan that works. I would recommend him for anyone looking for a primary care doctor.

This was my first visit with Dr.Saikin following the retirement of my previous PCP, Dr. Naik. I found Dr. Saikin to be personable and professional. He was pretty thorough in his review of my medical history. Overall it was a good visit and I am looking forward to a long and successful relationship with Dr. Saikin.

He is knowledgeable. He listers. He takes time with patients contrary to what the bean counters of the organization would like. He is a great doctor.

I was desperate to see a doctor about an eye I thought was infected. I could not get in to clear lake. He had a cancellation in Pearland which I took immediately. He made sure I saw Dr Wu for full diagnosis. I’m a videographer and my eyes are everything. Both doctors saved me for two big shoots. I was ready in two days! They really saved my bacon.
