After earning his medical degree at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2013, Dr. Saikin completed an Internal Medicine residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in August 2016.

He was very good. He checked my labs from previous years asked me questions about my daily activities. I felt comfortable with him. He is one of the best l have had in a long time. I hope he stays for a while.

He is diligent when taking my history, doing an examination and reviewing my lab results. He is patient and understanding when listening to my many long winded complaints and when I cannot fully explain what I am experiencing. He is confident and clear in his diagnosis. Lastly he has a sense of humor. I am grateful to have him as a physician.

Dr. Philip was very thorough in his questioning. He requested test that none of my other MDs had asked for. Period.. I really like Kim and he has a very great personality.
