After earning his medical degree at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2013, Dr. Saikin completed an Internal Medicine residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in August 2016.

He actually took the time to listen and explained things about my medical issues and medications. He did not seemed rushed and made sure any and all my questions were answered. He thoroughly reviewed my medical history to make sure I was up to date. Highly recommend him.

Dr Saikin is Awesome! He listens and understands me and my concerns. He gives great knowledgeable advice as my physician. Dr Saikin helps me through my anxiety when I’m scheduled for medical procedures and I really appreciate this.

I like him because he takes the time to actually listen to me. He doesn't act like he's in a rush to get rid of me and actually cares about my health and concerns.

He is knowledgeable, thorough and most importantly he does not hurry through and listens to the patient. I trust him and I have referred family and friends to him.

Dr. Philip Saikin is very knowledgeable, and thorough, and doesn't leave any stone unturned. He discussed everything with me as far as my health is concerned. Truly amazing.

This was my first time seeing this particular physician he was very thorough he checked through my pass exams to make sure everything was ok he listened to my new concerns and gave me explanations in detail. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you Dr Shaikin for being Awesome
