Dr Phan takes her time with me and is very thorough. She explains everything there is in my Kelsey chart regardless of the doctors. Makes sure to answer any questions and makes suggestions as needed. I recommend her to my friends

Dr. Phan was efficient and to the point, but she also took the time to listen and pay attention to my symptoms and my needs. Her staff is excellent as well, including Joann, who helped me deal with the check in process when I had questions. I’m very glad to have found a helpful, friendly office downtown for primary care.
