After finishing coursework at Baylor College of Medicine, Dr. Wagle completed an Internal Medicine internship and residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, immediately followed by a Cardiology research fellowship at Johns Hopkins. He then completed a Cardiology fellowship at the University of California San Francisco in June 2015.

Dr. Wagle seems to really care about how/why your feeling not well. I put my trust in the doctors @ Kelsey Sebold and expect the best. He is a stellar physician! His personality is very sweet. His staff is excellent. Can't say enough good things about the R.N. they are the best!

First of all his medical expertise on diagnosing, evaluating and the treatment plan. On top of that he is personable and explains medical terms in layman's terms to make it understood. In additon, I am getting better.

From the start, the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. When taken to the patient room, I was greeted and told what and how my visit would be by the staff. Lawana (NP) came in, and we had a nice conversation as if we had known each other for years. Dr. Wagle was very friendly, cordial and informative. Speaking to us and looking at our eyes, rather than looking at the computer over my files. He, apparently, reviewed my files prior to entering the patient's room. He dispelled prior misinformation given to me and provided a wonderful vision of my future. My wife and I were so very pleased with the amazing personalities/ office atmosphere and noticed how much different things were at Dr. Wagle's office then at other KS clinics. Best of all, no one was wearing masks! Wished all the other offices would also lose that fear. It just adds to patients own fears when they see their doctors masked up! We are so over that!
