Dr. Basu, has a very calm and friendly attitude. She is very conversational and discusses prevention versus reactive behavior to wellness.
Dr. Basu is timely and efficient. Every visit we discuss what I have done well and when I lack understanding, she patiently takes the time to explain so that I fully understand.
I believe that Dr. Basu is very committed to her patients and she seeks to pursue best standards of care!

Dr. Basu is God sent. After my decades long Kelsey-Seybold PCP Dr. Lucia Sandoval retired, I was praying for another professional, kind, compassionate and caring doctor. Dr. Basu is that and more. At my recent annual physical I expressed some concerns about past blood test results, she listened patiently and then she and I came to a proactive game plan to get my health back on track.

She’s a wonderful person great personality and takes her job extremely serious. I really appreciate her professionalism she makes you feel at home. I really believe in my heart that she cares very kind lady She takes her time when she’s checking you out to make sure that I am satisfied my ears was checked and I’m doing much better now because of her.

Dr Basu is very professional and thorough. She identified an issue that I have been experiencing for some time now, and immediately took care of it prescribing me with antibiotics. I feel better than I’ve felt in a long time. We need more doctors like Dr Basu.

She is personable and knowledgeable and ready to help. I appreciated her thoroughness and the results of the visit. I also like that she prescribed for my needs while consulting with me. The Kelsey Kirby location is easy for me to get to, park in and the facilities clean and orderly. Staff was great.
