Dr. Hickson was very caring even though it was my first time seeing her and through a video visit. She is very personable and took time to listen to me, and understood my distress, I was very happy with my visit.

I really like Dr. Hickson she has a great personality and she knows how to talk to people . She is one of the few doctors who is not afraid to touch her patients in order to find out what the patient needs rather than just asking questions about the problem she goes to find the answers. Great job Dr. Hickson !

She was very thorough and explained everything to me. I liked the fact that she did more than just look at my feet from a distance. Plus, she actually asked me to send her a message in a week to let her know if the treatment she prescribed was helping. She also has a great PA (Morgan), who was friendly and made me feel relaxed and comfortable and told me bye as I left.

Dr. Hickman was very thorough, and I loved that she used a super bright light to check my skin. She and her staff all treated me kindly and professionally, too.
