He knows what he's doing. He's personable and efficient. Because my treatments do not take long, I don't spend a lot of time with him, but I know that he has a sense of humor and has two daughter who are not particularly fond of his bald head, which I rather admire.

He knew how to pronounce my name correctly. Also, he addressed my concerns by explaining the cause of my condition as well as showing me pictures of my eye where the two tears were in my retina.
I would recommend him to all of my family and friends.
