Dr. Lai is an amazing doctor, she provides ample time to listen, understand your concerns, and offer thorough explanations about diagnoses and medications. She creates a welcoming atmosphere and ensures you feel at ease under her care. Even when my kids are unwell, they enjoy visiting her office because she creates a positive experience, alleviating any fear associated with seeing a doctor.

Dr. Lai is outstanding!!! My son feels like a mini adult when he goes to her and feels that she is compassionate with him. Dr. Lai makes him feel heard and respects him as an individual. As his mother and my daughter, who see Dr. Lai, too, I appreciate her so much for making time when my kids get sick or when running a bit late. She always gives 110% every time we visit, answers all my questions, and if I have more, she quickly responds through the Kelsey-Seybold messaging system. Dr. Lai is the best, and if she ever leaves Kelsey, we are sure to follow.

Dr. Lai personally called to check on my one year old daughter when she was very sick with covid in 2021. Dr. Lai continues to impress my family with her willingness to listen carefully and communicate diligently. She is genuinely just a nice person. We've seen about 10 doctors including 4 specialists for my kids over the last 3 years. I can say with confidence that Dr. Lai has been and is the best doctor for both my daughter and son. Thank you Dr. Lai!

She's always friendly and thorough, and I love that she listens to the kids and speaks to them directly. It really gives them a sense of control over their care and helps them feel involved in the process.
