Pre check-in was simple and when I arrived at building B, the staff was friendly and assisted me using the barcode and on what elevator and floor I had to go to. I didn't see Dr. Wenker this time but saw his PA, Tulo. Though I always feel a little uncomfortable discussing about men's issues with female doctors, Tulo was very professional in our discussion about my prostate issues. The nurses were also very professional and friendly.
