Dr. Watson is a good listener-very attentive. She was patient with me when I was struggling ( I never felt rushed). She knows her stuff and provided many options for my care. I am confident in Dr. Watson's ability to meet my healthcare needs.

Overall, a great visit. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the long wait and I was not told of the cost prior to arriving. Arrive to the reception at 2:15pm and was told that I owed $268 for my appt. I didn't have the appropriate payment because I didn't know the amount before arriving. Lastly, appointment was for 2:30pm. I arrived at 2:15pm and was called back to the room around 2:50pm. Once I got in, I had to wait for 20 more minutes before she arrived. I was told by her assistance that she was running behind on her schedule. Again overall...great visit
