In 1994, Dr. Silva graduated from The University of Texas with a bachelor of arts in biology. She completed her doctorate at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas in 1998. Dr. Silva finished her residency in Family Medicine in 2001 at the University of Iowa. Dr. Silva came to Kelsey-Seybold from Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco’s Bay Area where she provided primary care to adults from 2002 to 2010. While there, she provided electronic medical record system education and training to physicians and medical assistants. She served as assistant module chief of the Spanish Bilingual Module.

Professional attitude no nonsense demeanor able to put up with a grumpy old guy and still has a sense of humor and cares. I live in stafford and will still drive all the way to downtown to see her even though there are 5 other Kelsey Seybold nearby
