This was my first visit and I was a little skeptical meeting Dr. Kingcaid because I had a fairly decent relationship with my former doctor. However, we moved and Dr. Kingcaid’s office was close by and I really wanted a doctor closer to my home. Once she entered the room she welcomed me and asked questions to get to know me. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and helped me to create a plan to put into practice. Additionally, she assured me that the goals that I now have will be discussed at my next visit with her. If my goals are not met, Dr. Kingcaid revealed some possible next steps. This was an exceptional first visit!

Dr. Kingcaid was very patient and supportive to my concerns, explained the Covid-19 vaccine to me throughly which allowed me to be confident in getting it. She breaks down things to the simplest form.

Dr. Kingcaid is truly the best doctor I've ever had. She listens, takes my concerns seriously, and is very thorough. She is extremely easy to talk to and every visit feels like my health is in the hands of someone who truly cares about my well being.
