1. She seems to sincerely care. (She was as efficient as to immediately write down for me the phone numbers of the depts I needed for additional care; it caught me by surprise!)

She is knowledgeable and explains everything I need to know about my medical condition. She shared her expectation of controlling my diabetes so I eventually don’t need medication. Now I feel positive about my health!
