Sebastian Scobercea, M.D., earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry with an emphasis in biochemistry at Northwestern University in 1992. In 1996, he received his medical degree at Loyola University of Chicago-Stritch School of Medicine. Dr. Scobercea completed his residency at Lutheran General Hospital in Family Medicine. Prior to moving to Texas, he worked for eight years as a family physician in Illinois.

He treats me like a thinking adult and explains conditions, test results, etc. well. I like his demeanor, humor, and obvious medical knowledge, and I feel like a team in the goal of my good health. He manages my white-coat syndrome like the pro that he is.
And I like his shirts.

I would not be alive and doing well if it wasn't for his care and commitment. I have a rare autoimmune diagnosis and he was the only doctor that helped me get the additional doctors to help. His care commitment and compassion is rare to find. He is an amazing doctor and truly cares and listens to his patients. He continually goes above and beyond for his patients. I thank God every day that I have him as my doctor and advocate for my health.

The time he takes with my mom, Dr.S is patient and kind and understanding also extremely down to earth.

He is always totally informed about all aspects of medicine. He will send you to a specialist if necessary but in every case I've had, he has been exactly right about the cause. He always answers questions and somehow stays on top of all his patients issues. I don't think you will find a better doctor.

He has always taken his time to answer any questions I might have. When my husband had a choice between Kelsey and some other clinic I wanted Kelsey because of Dr. Scobercea. Doctors like him are hard to find. I hope Kelsey realizes that he is a great asset to their organization.

The Doctor is straight up, the best primary care physician I've had since I was a child. It's hard to find people in this field you can trust and relate to. From the Doctor to the staff, its always a great experience. I'll regret the day when this great Doctor, man hangs up the stethoscope, God willing I'm alive also, super cool person and professional !!
