Shelley Li, M.D., earned her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Medicine in Lubbock in 2006. She completed her Family Medicine internship and residency at Baylor College of Medicine in 2009. Dr. Li is a very good doctor and she also is very good at treating her patients with respect and understanding. She is my favorite doctor and I would not like to lose her or her team as my primary care providers.

Dr Li has been my PCP for quite some time and she is concerned, thorough and has always been very knowledgeable is thorough with responding to my health issues and utilizing her excellent medical knowledge to treat me and help me get and stay healthy!!!

Dr. Li takes the time to listen to her patients. She goes the extra mile to make sure that her patients needs and well being is addressed. When Dr. Li moved to another Kelsey facility, I tried other general doctors, they were ok but in my humble opinion Dr Li is the best.

Dr. Li is always thorough and compassionate about my care.she also cares for my elderly husband and she treats him with gentleness which is very important to me. She’s the very best!

I think she’s a very good doctor. Very efficient, she cares and I always get the help I need when I visit. Yesterday was exceptional for me. The receptionists (both) , the nurse and the doctor were so kind . They went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. There was an issue with my insurance so I missed my original appointment plus another one they rescheduled for me BUT the doctor was so considerate and saw me anyway (I think it was her scheduled lunch break). I am so grateful. Good team!!!! Way to go Kelsey Westchase❤️

She is very polite, professional, smart, and thorough. She listened to my medical history and made referrals that was desperately needed that other doctor have never done in the past. I am beyond pleased with her attentiveness. I felt comfortable, seen, and heard. Thank you so much!
