She is professional, friendly, and competent. She is always prompt and communicates wonderfully. It would be too much to hope for that all providers at Kelsey had Dr. Kimberly's manner and ability to deal with patients, but it would be a great goal!

Because she is thorough, meticulous, kind and explains everything. I am so thankful she assisted me with getting my hearing aides thru Texas Workforce Commission so that I could continue working at KS. Although retired now I was able to work several years after because I could hear patients names properly again! I had began noticing I wasn’t hearing the patients names right. So grateful! Sorry to hear KS won’t be working with TWC anymore, I know of several others that benefitted from it and was able to continue working due to hearing.
