Extremely attentive and professional. Handled my issue very quickly and advise me of the issue. She also looked at my record and agreed that a new hearing test was advisable and set me a appointment. Her office and and personal were a pleasure to work with!

She listens to your concerns about how your hearing aids are performing for you. Most of the time she has it programmed to your specific hearing needs. If it is a mechanical problem, she will send it in for repairs.

She listens to my concerns and then tries to correct them or instruct me how to correctly use. Dr. Kimberley explains what the costs are for hearing aid accessories. She is always pleasant and not in a rush. I believe Dr Kimberley is very competent.
