Dr. Mittal graduated from medical school in December 2000 and subsequently completed an Internal Medicine residency at the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research in Chandigarh, India. He pursued further training in the United States with a residency and fellowship at The University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston. He also received his Master’s degree in Clinical Science in clinical research.

He was nice, friendly and my appointment started on time with no wait which is very unusual for my appointments at Kelsey. So I really appreciated that. He addressed all of my concerns and eased my anxiety. I would definitely schedule with his office again.
