After earning her medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in 1993, Dr. Lai interned at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. In 1996, she completed her residency in Baylor’s Physical Medicine and rehabilitation program before accepting a fellowship at The University of North Carolina with a focus in Musculoskeletal Medicine.

Tammi Lai is an excellent doctor! I love her because she is a people person, she listens, she asks questions, she suggests things and is always willing to help and assist. I love how it explains my situation, my meds and my issues with me. She is the GREATEST!
